AutoMagical Networks is a team of Internet programmers who combine skill, experience, and creativity to the field of web development and Interactive Marketing. AutoMagical Networks offers a variety of Internet services including server-side programming, client-side programming, and web hosting.

"That's great," you say, "But what's you're background and exerience in the area which makes you feel competent in this arena?"

Well, as with any team, the total is greater than the sum of it's parts. AutoMagical Networks leverages creative and technical expertise from people in many fields-of-expertise and geographies. But, to give you a "flavor" for our style, here's a message from our founder, Ray Crawford, which gives a bit of insight to both him and our organization:

For the first five years of my career at a Fortune 50 company, I did Computational Chemistry and Rational Drug design work. Basically, I used computers, mathematical methods and scientific models to create better drugs and reduce the reliance on animal testing.

In this role, I did a lot of work on Silicon Graphics (SGI) workstations and a fair amount of administration to keep our 200+ processors humming. Towards the end of that role, a large portion of what I did was knowledge and self-service tool packaging and delivery for my division. At the same time, the "World Wide Web" was coming into its own.

What a fit!!!

Anyway, after my 5 year stint in R&D, I transfered into IT where I've been since (approximately 3 years). There I've been doing infrastructure design, site launch consulting and Interactive Marketing Assistance for that Fortune 50 Company's 300 various brands (which all seem to want multiple web sites; some of which this site can compete with on a hit-for-hit basis...).

So, I'm hanging out my shingle for others to take advantage of. So far, I've worked on some pretty cool projects which I will be documenting shortly in the "portfolio" section of this site. Feel free to wander about and check things out.
